Same-day delivery is offered for select products in Metro Vancouver. Most orders arrive between 7pm and 10pm, based on availability and your location.

Do you offer Canada-wide shipping and how long does it take?

Yes, we ship throughout Canada. The flat shipping rate is $20 CAD, and most orders are delivered within 1–3 business days. Orders are usually processed the same day.

What is your policy for returns?

We accept returns within 3 days of delivery, provided the items are unused and in original condition. Used products or items damaged by the customer are not eligible. All returns must be sent back to our store address.
