Orders and Shipping

Orders are typically delivered 1-8 business days following placement (up to 7 days during sale/campaign periods). Delivery times vary by location and shipment type.

After your purchase, we will send you a confirmation email. Upon departure from our warehouse, we will give you a final confirmation and tracking number through email. After receiving your tracking number, you may monitor the progress of your package’s arrival on the shipping company’s website to get an estimate of when it will arrive.

Retrieve the email address you used to make your purchase. Search for an email confirmation of shipment from the Vapester Smoke Shop Ltd. If you have several orders or shipments, locate the email associated with the order or shipment you want to track. Track your order with the tracking number provided in the email.

We handle all of our transactions via a credit card provider. Credit card information is dealt with entirely inside their system, and we do not have access to credit card information in your account.

If you made an order via our online store and got the incorrect item, you may request a refund through your account page. 

We continue to deal with people (yes, we know, that’s so twentieth century!), and humans make errors. Very importantly, if the package arrives damaged and seems to have been opened, notify us immediately and take photographs before opening. 

First of all, don’t hesitate to get in touch with us, by email at “[email protected]”. Please be as detailed as possible. Include your order number, the product you purchased, and the substitute item you got. Include digital images of the product’s label(s) and packing slip. 

We will next investigate our warehouse, including a stock count, a check of the departing box’s weight (each outbound order is weighed and recorded), and a determination of whether the weight corresponds to the correct/incorrect items. If the inquiry reveals that the wrong item was delivered, we will contact you and work out a solution. This may be a return label or an offer to retain the incorrect goods at a reduced cost.

 If you get an incorrect product and do not notify us within fourteen (7) days of receipt, we will regard your failure to inform us as acceptance of the received product in place of the requested item.

 Remember that receiving defective products does not allow you to keep them “for free.” We will replace the wrong item or provide a refund. Additionally, we will offer you the option of keeping the incorrect item (at a reduced cost) or sending you a return label. We anticipate that the client will return the goods obtained unintentionally within seven (7) days after receiving the return label. Keeping a product that is not yours without permission, even if you got it in error, is called embezzlement.

If your item came damaged or was sent in error, we will need photographs to verify the damage and determine which wrong item was dispatched. This enables us to determine what went wrong and to ensure that similar problems do not occur in the future for you or other customers.

We can only conduct a refund or exchange for damaged or erroneous goods within seven days of the day you received the purchase. 

Once we get the photographs, we’ll send you a return label. We’ll send you a new item once the damaged item is returned to our warehouse. Kindly contact our staff immediately by email at [email protected] We are dedicated to addressing your issue as soon as possible!

We are not liable for any damage to goods that occurs after it has been used.

We handle orders very quickly to ensure that they reach you as soon as possible. 

You may modify your order as many times as you want. Before clicking ‘Confirm & Pay,’ but beyond this point, no modifications or revisions will be possible since our warehouse staff will have already begun processing and preparing your order for delivery. 

Once your purchase has been completed, we cannot make changes to the products or mailing address given. If you input the wrong address, you must contact the resident of the original address you supplied us with since they will be the ones to get your item. If this address does not exist, the package will return to our facility, where it will be received and redirected to the proper address. 

Suppose you provided any erroneous information for your purchase, and it has already been completed and processed at our facility. In that case, your order cannot be cancelled at this time since it is already on its way to its destination. If you need modifications to your purchase after receiving it, you must contact us to advise you on the following procedures for returning your item(s) for replacement.

We are not responsible for any damages suffered due to erroneous order information supplied by the client. Additionally, DOYOUEVEN retains the right to deny refunds on items that were never delivered owing to inaccurate information being provided.

Have you changed your mind or provided the incorrect address during the checkout process? No need to be concerned; we’ve all done it. You may make adjustments to your purchase as long as it has not been processed or delivered. 

Orders shipped cannot be cancelled.

At the moment, we are unable to take pre-orders for sold-out goods. However, you may sign up for replenishment alerts for particular products on our site, which will alert you when the item you’re looking for becomes available again.
